It’s no shock that people have been eagerly awaiting the release of the
N96 following the popularity of the successful
Nokia N95.
As with the N95, the N96 has a two-way sliding design which comprises a keypad when opened one way and media controls when opened the opposite way. The N96 comprises a 5MP camera with auto-focus, flash and Carl Zeiss optics. Another clever feature on the N96 is geo-tagging. This means that thanks to the built-in GPS receiver you can tag locations to your photos.
With a 16GB memory there is plenty of space to store all of your media files and an option to increase the memory further via the MicroSD card slot.
Nokia have added a DVB-H digital TV receiver to the N96 so you can watch live broadcast TV over the air if you have DVB-H coverage in the area. The Nokia N96 is also the first mobile phone to be pre-loaded with the BBC iPlayer
