The Samsung F490 is new to the mobile market and is Samsungs answer to the Apple iPhone.  The F490 has a fantastic 3.2 inch colour display and is fully touch-screen.  With its smooth edges, glossy surface and slim profile, the F490 will be the latest gadget to have.

Samsung have upgraded their software to make the F490 more intuitive than the Samsung Armani and F700.  The touch-screen feature has haptic feedback acknowledging your touch with a small vibration to your finger.

Below the display at the foot of the phone are three touch sensitive keys comprising of a home key, a green key to answer calls and a red key to end calls.  The F490 comes equipped with a powerful 5 megapixel camera including autofocus and LED flash.  Thanks to the 3G technology you can also make video calls on the secondary front-facing camera.
