Introducing the W660i

The W660i is an excellent mid-range Walkman phone from Sony Ericsson. The straightforward, no nonsense design of this specialist music phone comes in at an affordable price. Its MP3 player is its main feature, but it also comes with a 2-megapixel camera as well as email and web browsing facilities.

Walkman

As usual, Sony Ericsson have done a sterling job with the musicplayer. It produces superb sound quality that will delight even the most sensitive of ears. It comes with all the functions you would expect from a specialist music phone, and is compatible with Memory Stick Micro (M2) to enable you to save even more of your favourite tracks. It also comes with FM radio though, and you can tune into news and weather whenever you like. Most notably it comes with Bluetooth technology which means that you can listen to all this completely wire-free with the stereo Bluetooth headset.

Camera

The 2-megapixel camera comes with 2x digital zoom which means that you can take photos form further away and still fill the screen with your subject by cutting out the background or unwanted surrounding areas. It also comes with a smaller VGA camera on the front for video calls.

Entertainment & Organisation

The W660i also comes with 3G connectivity, email facilities and web browsing so you can stay in touch as youre walking around. To stay on top of news from your own favourite sites of interest, Sony Ericsson have included an RSS news reader to bring it all into one place for you. It also comes with a feature which allows you to instantly create photo blogs using the photos you have taken on your phone. Quick and easy, these are simply uploaded directly onto your own personal blog.
